was planning on 10-12 miles today but my knee started hurting at about mile three and got worse up to mile 4 so i called my wife and had her pick me up. no sense in getting benched for a few months just for a training run. pretty sure it's my it band. i've been very good about therapizing my other leg's it band (casue ive had problems there), but i've neglected this one. looks like i need to be rigorous with both.
